Wide Field Zoom Microscope


DZ101's light weight and compact optical design offers a wide field of view and long working distance with a 6:1 zoom ratio. Magnification and working distance can be changed without the use of auxiliary lenses. Observation at a desired magnification and working distance can easily be achieved with the zoom optical magnification technology.

The versatile DZ101 is ideal for OEM equipment, observation of semiconductor devices, LCD substrates, etc. The DZ101 can also be integrated into factory automation or *image analysis systems.
