High-precision Non-contact Depth Measuring Microscope Unit


High-precision non-contact depth measuring microscope incorporating the precise focus indicator technology of the HISOMET-II (DH2). Specialized as a camera based Z axis measuring system, exclusively designed to be integrated into a production line or OEM equipment.

The precise focus indicator technology of the HISOMET allows measurement of height, depth, steps, etc. while observing the surface of a measuring point, by simply coinciding the halves of an index graticule. The IMH was developed as a smaller and lighter camera based microscope having excellent cost-effectiveness. The IMH can be used as a stand alone system or installed into various kinds of OEM equipment in production, testing, inspection, evaluation, etc.
