Precision Measuring Microscope
SG-V is a precise measuring microscope using high resolution Plan objectives
and a precise measuring stage. Various illumination options are available
including brightfield reflected illuminator and multi-type reflected
illuminator with brightfield, darkfield, polarizer/analyzer and DIC.
This system is suitable for measuring profile or sizes of precision
machine parts or ultra-fine industrial products such as a magnetic heads.
