Infrared Zoom Microscope (Wavelength : 650-1200nm)


DZ2 IRV-IRT is a microscope for use under IR radiation. It is ideal for observation of the internal conditions of materials coated with silicon or chemicals (BGA, CSP, COF, etc.). DZ2 IRV-IRT is also available with an IR illuminator.
